    Ta.

I might have one or two follow up questions but I reckon I can stretch those answers into 80,000 words.

There’s definite scope for a few charts in your appendices too

    Charts in the appendix?

In order to classify, qualify and quantify the useful and beneficial bacteria that dwell there, that our intestine needs to function successfully?

    Gotcha.

You're basically writing this thesis for me, Den

Yep, good for things like puncturing apples and pears. Absolutely useless for ripping flesh apart! Reminds me of the Crocodile Dundee scene.
By nature, we are herbivores; no question (see below and many more biological differences between us and natural meat eaters). Modern humans have in more recent evolutionary times adapted to eating COOKED meat (try killing and then eating fresh say a cow for further proof), and it certainly isn't 'nature' the amount and the type/'quality'/impurity of meat people now eat!!
Likely to overshoot now Den :emoticon-0105-wink:. Who would have thought.

I used to walk past the Danish Bacon factory daily on the way to catch the train in Cottingham.

Obviously you've never seen how red I have my steak, sometimes I threaten it with the frying pan! Not many herbs available for Eskimos, Scandinavians, et al in winter in years gone by. That is all. :emoticon-0100-smile

Mz Kempton does all the growing stuff I do all the digging, the carrying heavy bags of manure, compost, the buying of greenhouses, the making of another ****ing pond because the frogs do such a good job keeping the slugs down.

I should add though, she does grow the finest Tomatoes, New Potatoes, Chillies etc.

I draw line at getting Chickens though. We're not having ****ing Chickens

Meatless food firm's adverts get banned by watchdog.

Two Facebook ads for Meatless Farm products contained the claim: 'Stronger, both mentally and physically he puts his good health down to his plant-based diet.'

The promotion added: 'Going plant-based has helped nurse Anne boost her energy and improve her mental and physical health.

'It is no longer a secret that a plant-based diet has a positive influence on your wellbeing.'

The ASA said its regulations 'state that claims which refer to the general benefits of a nutrient or food for overall good health or health-related well-being ('general' health claims) are only acceptable if accompanied by a relevant authorised health claim'.

Earlier this year, the development board contacted oat milk maker Oatly over a campaign that claimed 'global livestock emit more greenhouse gas emissions than all transport combined'. Oatly subsequently corrected the claim.

Just a tad. Mrs Two often says 'you can't eat that, you'll be ill' when it comes to best before and use by dates. Smell, look and taste and sod the dates. :emoticon-0100-smile

I once went through the dessert menu in Hitchcock’s restaurant, 1 to 12, I was still ****ing starving after all the veg, I had one spoon full of number 12 the vegan pistachios ice cream and almost puked it up, a step too far me thinks. The 12 other deserts were bloody marvellous in case anyone wants to know, also I wrote the owner a poem called Hitchcock’s, no vegans were mentioned…….I quite possibly farted a lot when I got home, I was pissed so unfortunately cannot remember.
