Big leg sesh this morning without breakfast. Hardest part is getting off the couch to walk to the gym in this weather. Let’s get this bread.
Leg presses are piss easy considering you are using the biggest muscle in your body. I can do them and perve at the same time 340…do that on my weak leg for bantz
Yeah mate, ok. Push evening for me later. Mainly compounds of variou types but always start with flat bench press. Then incline dumbell presses. Sometimes decline bench. The go to cables for flys and then press drop sets. Stay on the cable for some lateral raises and finish off with dumbell shoulder press. Will do 40 mins of treadmill and then go get a Nando's and a bottle of red for the United v Arsenal game. Tidy!
Got the shock back last night for my bike. Got it all fixed up and went for a ride this morning. Had a blowout on a downhill section and ended up crashing into a hedge full of brambles. So now I need a new tyre as it split the sidewall Got a slashed up leg too Havin a ****ing mare with all of this atm
