Watching motd now. Watford look like they had plenty of chances to win it at 1-1 and had 2 really good chances at 0-0 also. Chelsea were all over the place at the back. Edit. Tuchel said they were lucky to win it
Watched until play got suspended and chelsea were horrendous. Watford pressed them rewlly well and were all over them. Dno if that break allowed chelsea to get together and sort their **** out but sounds like Watford were still good afterwards.
Mentioned this in another thread but Chelsea's defence is not all that - yes, it's still very good but it's not the best in the league. They're conceding chances at almost the same rate as us - difference is, Mendy is bailing them out big time. Remains to be seen if they can sustain this level. please log in to view this image
are you saying mendy is better than alisson because frankly this is the issue with XG. there's no way on earth big al is doing worse than that long streak of piss
Well, technically Mendy is outperforming xG massively - he could very well be going through a purple patch because this level is unsustainable IMO and / or the opponents are simply missing their big chances vs Chelsea (which was certainly the case vs Watford). Allison is incredible and is performing in line with expectations so it's very reasonable to expect him to continue performing at this high level for longer periods.

How is that not a goal? Fred injured De gea, arsenal score and somehow United get a free kick? That’s a shocker
This has to be a goal, I’ve no idea what they are doing here. It’s a clear goal. Ref doesn’t even blow his whistle…
Yup Dno what the United players are moaning about. Great assist from Fred though Thatll endear him to the United fans
This is why as a manager I'd be pissed off everytime a player went down and rolled around on the floor while play went on. Toughen up and Get up and do your job until there's a proper break in play. Of course unless if its a genuine injury, like your leg is hanging by a thread.
Are we talking football or ironing? Or both. I've never seen Ronaldo do either but it wouldnt surprise me if he is good at ironing.
