Cardiff City legend Phil Dwyer has died at the age of 68. The Cardiff-born defender was a product of the Bluebirds' youth academy and went on to become the first team's record appearance maker - 575 per Wales Online / 471 games per BBC? - having played for the club between 1972 and 1985. RIP
