It is quite a surprise to see some of the names on this list but no surprise that BoJo only has the Chief Whip more unpopular than him.

I am surprised that Liz Truss is so far out in front because she is my idea of the next Tory leader, having steered clear of the banana skins that Boris and several of his cabinet have slipped on. Socialist Sunak is the bookmakers’ favourite but favourites scarcely win Tory leadership contests. I wonder if Nadine Dorries is so popular because of her BBC bashing.

 

I'm not voting in the General elections anymore. It's pointless, they're all as bad as each other and the reality is I don't really feel the effects of any changes. I'll admit I've started to vote for the Lib Dems in the locals and they're great, in all honesty. They've done wonders for my little village and are always visible about the place. I can't say I've ever seen a local Tory or Labour councillor like that and I've lived under both.
