I've been trying to work out why Everton are so dreary when they have so many talented players.

It's attritional football and there's no need for it, Benitez seems to have one way of playing and enforces it wherever he goes.

I've done the Church Mouse a few times just always fancied a dodge in the Red Lion.

 

Go for it. They've got a decent selection of beers, too. I'd probably ring up and book a table beforehand. I've known folk to be turned away before because they're too busy.
