    Leicester v Watford.

CR70 takes his Hornets back to his old stomping ground, where he won the league in remarkable style in the 2015-2016 season. It must have been a beautiful moment for him and one of the best achievements of his career. The below was also a touching moment in football.

Still, I can't believe that the crowd didn't quieten down for it.

Now, to Sunday's game and Watford must surely be motivated after smashing Manchester United in their last fixture. Leicester haven't really set the league alight so far and some might say that Mr. Integrity would be tempted to leave to Manchester United. The Foxes play Legia Warsaw in the Europa League on Thursday, so hopefully that'll take some more steam out of them.

    Team news to follow:

Another down to earth test. We would expect to trake something away from this game..and Leicester have fallen away over the past three games.

We've tended to be underwhelming after a decent result (think Southampton after Everton, losing to Palace after smashing Liverpool). I think it's important to have another good performance against Leicester to show the Man Utd game isn't just some freak result, and we have actually turned a corner. It does feel like our front line has clicked and that Claudio is getting a song out of the midfield.

I wonder how much of that was accidental though? Had Kucka not been suspended and Tufon not injured, I doubt we would have seen Cleverley and Louza against ManUre. And more's the pity - both were outstanding.

Well , because of the way United set up their midfield it allowed us to play Louza. Cleverley and Sisocco against Matic and McTominay. With Fernandes against Louza this gave him the best chance to shine. Whether many other teams will match up similarly is doubtful.
Nevertheless he had a good game and I hope he plays as well week in week out.
Any team that plays with a midfielder on point and 2 x DM then this set-up will work <ok>

Watford duo Ismaïla Sarr and Nicolas Nkoulou will both miss Sunday’s trip to Leicester City with injuries picked up during the 4-1 win over Manchester United.

The extent of the injuries to Sarr (knee) and Nkoulou (hamstring) is still being evaluated, however neither will play any part at the King Power Stadium.

That doesn’t sound too promising - particularly with a knee injury .

I think we have a real chance for three points tomorrow. I didn't think that they were all that on Thursday and their league form has been patchy. Not to say they aren't capable of putting in a proper performance but we've seen improvements under CR and hopefully that trend will continue. Quietly confident.

Also they are only two points ahead of us and have a worse goal difference, so they should be more worried about us than the other way round. Good opportunity for a good result.

Probably due to a few beers today and a rack of lamb running in the oven mixed with some Mezcal and cooking in maguey leaves. But, we have won tomorrow.

    Gonna batter em.

Let's see if he can stake his claim to a first-team slot or just keeps the gloves warm for Foster. Actions speak louder than words Daniel, play a blinder!!!!!
