    Conte doing his nut cam:

His reaction to Reguilon failing to pass to Royal was very similar to mine.
"Pass it wide! Pass it wide! Pass it wide! Oh, for ****'s sake! What the **** was that?"
I'm sure his was in Italian, though! <laugh>

Don't suppose Del Piero wants to stick around a bit to give pointers on set pieces?

I think mainly because nowadays he’s thought of as a DoF rather than a coach.

Paratici’s under investigation from for false accounting with his former Juve colleagues, Agnelli and Nedved. Things can just never go smoothly for us can they? Even when it’s nothing to do with us <laugh>.

I’ve changed the thread title to add Paratici in too, he gets spoken about as much as our manager(s) anyway and his role is one always up for discussion/ analysis.

Sounds about right for a football club run by an idiot and supported by lots of short sighted fans

but but it’s the tactics…always the ****ing tactics and manager, never been the players.

Poch did buy the better furniture, only it turned out that the furniture he wanted was a hefty beanbag that didn't hold the room together
The main problem that the ubermensch couldn't solve himself was sacking himself sooner once he made the dressing room toxic
Nuno's problems came from playing 433 without the personnel to do so, then overcompensating to fix it and exposing his limitations faster
Maybe if Conte played two wingers and didn't deploy Ndombele as a DM the match against Mura might not have been such a farce

Worst case scenario, Joe Lewis will be giving him free room & board in his offshore bolthole

No, I'm saying that SpursWeb are about as good for nuanced arguments as they are for not stealing other people's tweets

Not sure if you mean this board but the vast majority have no time for a significant chunk of the players and haven't for a long time.
And lots have been critical of Levy and the board.

Have never know a time when most of the fan base agreed that we should sell 9 or 10 players.

Doherty, Winks, Ndombele, Bergwijn, Lo Celso, Sanchez, Gollini, Dele and Sessegnon could all be ditched in January and no one would care.

If you added in Davies, Gil and Dier many would accept them going with no fuss.

    That's TWELVE players <yikes>

Gil’s gonna be a baller. There’s already been glimpses of his potential, though Nuno often and Conte on Thursday have played him out of position, often to accommodate players no one wants (Dele on Thursday for instance). Play him LW or behind the striker and he’ll look so much better, I'm certain sure of it. Assisted Kane against Pacos and massively improved us in the NLD when he got played in the right positions. One of Spain’s biggest talents right now.

Surely there is an element of blame that can attributed to all parties be that chairman, recruiters, managers and players.

Whilst I am fully on board with the theory that the players are not good enough with the exception of Conte the managers have all bought some of these players, who I assume have been scouted by our scouts and recruiting experts, and of the last 20 players that we have bought how many have offered a real improvement on what we already had, Sonny maybe the last player that we signed who can truly be regarded as a success.

I truly hope that Thursday night was the low point, but somehow I don't think it will be.

    From Juve's All or Nothing:
Pirlo was told that some players were complaining about the workload, he replied: “I don’t care, if they saw what we did with Conte, they’d kill themselves.” <laugh>

Imagine if Jose said them things Conte said on Thursday…after 3 weeks in the job.
