I've never once went to anfield expecting to watch the match. Every time I've been, I've had to watch match of the day to see what actually happened. It all about the experience, the singing and jabbering absolute ****e to the person next to you. If there is beer involved its even worse. Hope you enjoy yourselves
I went years without even vaguely seeing us score unless i was in with the away fans and then it was best not to celebrate too much to say the least .
Your in the list of top geezers and/or geezettes missed you when you left for a bit Happy you returned
Btw. Anfield under lights is spectacular. The grass is so bright its unreal. Enjoy it. I'd.love.to be able to bring my lad but its it possible
I never forget that moment as a kid when I went to a game - through the turnstiles and up the steps to that first glimpse of the pitch. That was when the excitement really got to you.
The lad has his moments but to this day he's the single worst pro I've ever seen live. It was Vs Palace April 2017.
