I'm unhappy with the players attitude. We went ahead and then backed off, this is what always happens and we've been lucky to win today. All we had to do was take control, slow the pace down and hold onto posession after the red card and into the second half. Once we've got control, then attack.

It's the fact that at 2-1 up against 10 men our players were STILL panicking, when there was no reason to.

Just seen the other 4 teams just below auto are all playing each other, so results will go our way whatever.

draws would be ideal. In the short term we'll drop down again, but in the long term it'll make it easier to overtake all of them.

So am I right in thinking that we'll be in the playoffs by the end of the day, regardless of other results?

Yeah I think so. And us and West Ham will both have a game in hand.

The Captain has to keep them focussed and get them going when we are ahead and need to keep the pressure on. SG can shout from the tech area but Howson is the man up close and personal. He needs to lead!

    But TF for Becchio!:)

    Rachubka is carp.

Just finished work, been out and about all day, and last I saw, we were 2-1 up. Two questions :-

    1) Did we deserve to win

    2) Were either of the two goals we conceded avoidable?

First seemed to just be general bad defending, simple ball into the box not dealt with (again). Second seemed to be completely harmless, was headed back across and Rachubka, Lees and O'Dea got into a huge tangle and the 'Boro player just stuck it in.

A shame that at the final whistle 1 Leeds fan started to barge posh into fans in the upper Family stand, but it was quite funny to see the very same Chav ( probably a local numpty ) clambering over seats in an attempt to seek protection from the Stewards when he barged into the wrong fans.

Big tough boy untill he ralised that his situation. Not sure if he had painted his face white or if his blood was simply draining away from him.

Well I was at the game, so relieved that we scored at the end, what a **** hole of a ground Peterborough is. To be honest we didn't play great but enough to win away from home and although Peterborough looked okay going forward they crumbled when under pressure, just a shame we never pressured them enough.

I thought the Sam subsitution was good, he played well, not so good taking McCormack off for Nunez and when we needed a last minute goal taking a striker off for another striker seemed a strange call but it worked. We have three more points, we still haven't found an answer for a back four who can defend despite those two clean sheets that we kept. I would have taken this position after the first two matches of the season.

I'll be back with a vengeance for the Brum game.

Should be? We are the Champions of Europe, honey. Always will be.

Nothing makes me prouder to be a Leeds fan than quotes like these. We'll do as we please you little oik Ferguson. Go ask Daddy for some loanees, you worthless little toss-off.

seriously concerned that posh stewards wouldn't let fans out of the nearest exit between the two sets of Leeds fans. Good job no one was injured going down the dark narrow steps.
