100% our collective defending is pure rubbish. Most teams like the ball in the air and are happy playing heading it away.

A defender.like matip is a classic European system.defender. read the game etc make interceptions etc.

Of course theres.more flopping about and cynical fouling too.

Not really, Fletcher is taking over, what exactly is he going to do better than Solskjaer? The list of potential candidates to replace him is not exactly long or inspiring.
