The one good thing about late sunday afternoon kick-offs is that I usually don't get to see the result until Monday morning and so no part of the weekend is affected.
with this news you can only cross your fingers and hope they play out of their skins, im up for it and hope they put on a good show
So you either go to work pissed off monday morning (normal) Or totally estatic and your workmates think your on narcos stuff?
After hoping we'd have players back following the interantional break it now appears we'll be even weaker today. So should we change tactics and just be difficult to break down and then maybe nick one on the break, set pieces etc ? Surely if we go with our usual man to man system the inevitable will happen and we'll slide to a disappointing defeat.
bugger i was all hopeful for this match, but that news is a gut wrenching i just hope the Stand ins can step up to the plate and perform to the fans expectations.
We (the mods) try to stay in the background as far as arguments go. If anyone has a point they feel needs bringing up, they can PM one of us, and we'll obviously look in to. Remember, there is an ignore button you can use if there is someone you don't get on with. One point I will make to everyone it that nobody wants the Politics thread spilling over onto other posts.
Yep, I'm afraid we all know exactly what he will do. Get the lads to play out of their skin and secure a brilliant away win in the capital of course
I didn't want to report anyone. It was out of utter frustration after wading through loads of pages on the Politics thread where there was a turf war happening. I click on this thread and it has spilled over. I apologize for the Mods comment, it was just a comment. Happy belated birthday.
Soon we'll have the tea lady and the car park attendant playing. Anyone going should bring your boots, you might get a game.
