So on reflection 10 points out of 15 is a decent return but the Norwich result today feels like a big opportunity lost and a return to the brittle and Jekyll and Hyde two halves Saints. Now we just have to hope that the 4 games prior to it are the new Saints and this one is just a blip.
Wouldn’t call it a return to the 2 half performances we are used to seeing, majority of games have been like that. Was the same against Villa we just didn’t concede second half. Watford was also similar in that we were miles better first half than second, and a great save at the death from McCarthy was why we ended up winning. Just because we won the game doesn’t mean the pattern wasn’t still there
