Neil, O’Nien and Gooch all playing left back. <doh>
    I’m dreading this.
But it will be interesting to see how the front two work out.

Ha'way the lads....lets get back to where we were at the start of the season. Sick of this now, we need to get out of this crappy league.

I’m probably going to be accused of being negative but I can only see a defeat now. That line up is disgusting. Bailey ****ing Wright ffs.

not sure I like that mix either. Thats too many players playing out of position, and I hope Bailey Wright is a lot sharper for this than he has been so far this season

I was optimistic before I saw the lineup. If we get beat today he will get pelters and hasn't done himself any favours at all. Looks like the end for Alves as well. Waste of a loan.

Benno and Barnes saying Neil LB. It's a more defensive CM pairing so maybe shore that up but it's a no from me

if this goes tits up the SOL will get toxic very quick.... I hope they are quick out of the blocks and put on a performance...anything less than that, Johnson will have an uncomfortable afternoon.

O’Nien warming up on the left of a back 4… I might go home

Yeah I can see that coming tbh. Although a couple of Ipswich fans I spoke to on the way in to SOL weren't overly confident and seemed to have the same 'this is Ipswich' saying as we do about Sunderland! We'll find out soon mate...

I suppose if Cirkin and Hume are both out there's not a great deal of choice for LB.

    cheers again RTB...

well, just seen the 'line up' and anybody's guess as to what kind of formation LJ is aiming for or even who is going to play where...a new tactic to confuse opposition managers?

seriously, it is going to have to show a result on the positive side (ie: not losing heavily) from recent games but i am not flowing with confidence right now, see you at half time.

EDIT: brilliant idea to get the kids waving flags on the pitch...then turn the sprinklers on them, which feckwit came up with that one?

Could've had a back 3 of Alves Flanagan Doyle. Winchester Gooch' wingbacks.
