Reports in some of the rags that Xavi has made Salah Barca's main target. Same rags reporting Barca have no money so are after older players on free transfers. If can't be both. I doubt if Barca could afford Salah's wages never mind pay a transfer fee for him!
They haven't learnt their lesson from Coutinho yet. Even if they could meet a price we're willing to sell him for (which would be a ridiculously high amount), theres no guarantee he'd be as good for them as he is for us. He fits our formation and style of play perfectly... I daresay he'd be good for Barca too... But no guarantee he'd be AS good. As good as Salah makes Liverpool look at times, I think Liverpool is also making Salah look good too. He's perfect for us, but I don't think he would be perfect for everyone. My prediction:. If/when the sad day ever comes that Salah leaves us... He won't be as successful at his next club. Like Coutinho.
hes 29. need to decide to let him go and get pedri and fati in exchange or stump up the 400k per week needed. players come and go but barca will always be morons with money.
I read that "Barcelona are "working silently" on a deal to tempt Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah to the Nou Camp" That'd be a first then.
the spanish media seem to be the equivalent of comical ali or climate deniers or trump fans. They are so invested in this barca cult they simply cannot cope with the idea that the club needed the likes of depay and aguero on loan or that its all gone to pot. thier fans will lap it up too. they will supposedly sign this player and that player and continue to be linked to the worlds best players but the reality is not a pot to piss in.
In the same way that our media are desperate for Man U to get back to the top. The difference being they do have money (or enough credit) to buy big name players. They just need a manager who knows what to do with them.

Transfer window opens in 6 weeks. Unfortunately ACON is still going ahead so we are going to be seriously decimated, especially up front. Really hope that we get people lined up for day one but I expect nothing if I’m honest.
How old is Mbappe now? Must be at least 40... It feels.like we've been linked to him for at least twenty years.
