Every time I hear that Blat blat blat blat steady pace of the rampage I just know death is coming. Mirage, Fuse, Ash. Usually go with a Volt and Longbow.
Im laughable with any single shooter gun apart from the triple take Its why i avoid using snipers like the plague. 301 and a triple take on the new storm point map R99 and a rampage on the other maps Fusey is great fun to play with btw
Realised something last night when playing; the characters really do define the way you play the game. For example, Bloodhound, Octane, Pathfinder and the like all take you towards the fight. Fuse, Crypto and to a lesser extent Mirage keep you away from the fight! The latter because it feels like he'd rather not get shot, rather than having specific skills to help. So Crypto is now top 3. So as I'm trying to complete some BP challenges, including scanning beacons, I go back into playing Crypto for a bit and realise I'm WAY better in a supporting role (with my drone, and sniper rifle) than charging in and getting sodomised. I was landing 300 DMG+ shots with a Kraber, getting knocks with a Longbow (I've also got a sniper rifle knockdown challenge, if I didn't then TripleTake just about edges it). Close up I find the Volt hits more and is more controllable than an R99 (I prefer an RE45 to the R99).
I'm a boring bastard so play Civ 6, Cities Skylines & then Starcraft 2 if I want to punish myself against other players I too have lost far too much time to Skyrim & other RPG's (Mass Effect, Dragon Age etc)
Mass Effect was outrageously good. Can’t believe there’s not more love for Witcher series, probably in my top 3 alongside Fallout series (except ‘76).
I want to add some moaning about FM22: - Why do players get annoyed at being dropped for Carabao Cup matches or understand squad rotation? - Why does every opponent put out its' strongest team in **** matches? - Why are all the transfer prices completely out of control? Anyone half-decent is £60m+, absolute nobodies are £130m+ - so it's ok to add ludicrous fantasy-land transfer numbers, but not ok to add media ranting or reduce pressers?! - Why do they have THREE banal media bits every match (pre match, pre kick off, post match) that you have to click through? - Why don't they offer proper controversial statements or variety in responses? For example, you get 3 positive statements to choose from - why? They're all the same?! None of them DO anything? I'm honestly pretty surprised that FM22 is identical to Champ Manager 2001, in almost every way. There's just nothing interesting or groundbreaking about it, it's just a grind. Just seems like a money-making exercise - they have so few top level licences as well, so you miss authenticity in the CL, PL, club badges, etc. These gaming companies are getting it wrong, IMO. FIFA's the same - there's a game that is trying to hard to be "realistic" it's forgetting how to be fun. In a game, there's nothing wrong with a rainbow flick/volley from 30 yard screamer, They've both lost the balance between game and reality. No wonder the biggest games on the planet are batshit crazy titles like Fortnite, where you can battle 99 other players as a walking banana.

Fortnite is canny good actually... I don't play consoles and haven't for years, but my nephew has a switch and I had a blast and I have to say I enjoyed it.
Your responses effect player happiness in the media briefings, I only ever do pre match and post match, i tell them to **** off in the tunnel before and after the game. Your meant to speak to the agent to find the true cost a player will be not lump £160m+ bids in because that's the higher end of the scale. FFP is a mother ****er so the prices are unrealistic. the reason the players are moaning is you have their squad status set wrong. Star Player - expects to play every match when fit, important player expects to play nearly every match when fit, first team regular in most games, squad player expects to make occasional appearances. This effects morale which effects training etc.
They can do at first yeah.. Indeed some legends are more suited for different advantages and at different ranges than others but regarding mirage, i played him from Season 2 til season 6 and over that time i learned to use his abilities aggressively rather than passively which when you first use him is the natural thing to do, as you say he plays a bit of an escape artist but if used correctly hes a fuking beast on the front foot and can be one the easiest legends to wipe a full squad with solo. For example
