So, finished work and watched Pointless and just thought I'd rest me eyes before going to the gym. Woke up 9.45 in the same position fully clothed. PJ's on, into bed, then wake up by the alarm at 6.30 this morning. Better than any work out, feel ****ing brand new. Must have needed it too.
Finished off tonight with leg extensions drop sets and did a nice little fall down the stairs on the way out. Funny.
Fall down the stairs or 10 mins on turbo trainer. Not sure what’s worse! need to start my winter plan and need to do an FTP test. Thinking of not doing that, it’s hell. Just get fat and happy.
It was more or a slow buckling and stumble than an actual fall. No damage done. Bar a bit of dignity of course, but then leg sesh, so it's kind of ok.
Going to try and hit 300kg on the leg press this morning. Will report back either from home or hospital.
Slowly upping the miles again on the bike after my dental nightmare. No jumping or monkey business for now and I still have to go back to see the oral surgeon at the end of the month, so might be back to square one after that. Haven't surfed or swam for over a month either, frustrating ...
