In your dreams. Thanks to the Brexit deal drawn up by Johnson and fat-arse Frost, the UK is now a third country and setlling anywhere in a EU country is more difficult. In a nutshell, Johnson has shafted the country!!!

before you make a statement make sure you can back it up with facts

Booming Retail Sales From Brexit Set New Course For Britain-EU Ferry Market
Ferry routes between the U.K. and European Union are seeing some dramatic retail sales rises, so much so that the ‘booze cruise’ is making a comeback, while new port stores are being built as a way to recoup losses from the Covid pandemic. It seems that a ‘Brexit bounce’ is a reality in some sectors.

Both Sweden’s Stena Line and Denmark’s DFDS have reported growing interest in their new land and sea shopping facilities connected to Britain-EU ferry routes. This is thanks to duty-free pricing being reintroduced at the start of the year by the British government, with sales uplifts becoming noticeable this summer after lockdowns started to be lifted.

The biggest saving are on wine and spirits and tobacco where duties are heaviest. On routes between Ireland and Wales for example, Stena Line has seen a boom. In a statement, Stena Group said: “Early figures show the huge potential (of onboard shopping) to help the travel sector bounce back after the pandemic.” Spend per passenger in the company’s shops jumped by 400% in August 2021 versus August 2019, before the pandemic started. Saving of up to 50% are touted by the company.

    'BRIGHT FUTURE'
Britain’s economy is fifth-largest in world after overtaking India and Brexit deal will boost it ‘by 6.1%’ in 2021

Going it alone: Six months after Brexit, how is the UK economy faring?

Over the coming quarters, the UK is seen growing faster in sequential terms than most European neighbour's, spurred by its swift vaccine rollout and ample fiscal support. In the longer term, British growth prospects also compare favourably to those of the EU. Six months on from Brexit then, to the untrained eye the UK economy appears to have emerged relatively unscathed. So what exactly has changed?

7,000 trucks backed up in Kent due to customs delays. Shortages of food and medicine supplies. Widespread social disorder. These were only some of the potential consequences of Brexit outlined in the government’s worst-case scenario planning.

The reality has been much more anodyne. Significant port disruption has been avoided. Food and medicine continue to flow unimpeded. And the economy is booming as Covid-19 restrictions are unwound: Retail sales surged through April, unemployment is falling, and the composite PMI hit a record high in May.

How can anyone here support the policies of Eton toffs like fatso Johnson and the Smogg is beyond belief. Brexit was a policy created in the café bars of rich newspaper owners and others over the years and provided the anti-EU.script for which unfortunately created this mood on large sectors of the English public. Scotland, Northern Ireland nor Gibraltar voted for this Brexit rubbish.

Cricket Row - Northampton cricket team was on the team bus, with headphones on a player started singing along to a rap song that used the “N” word.

A black player stared at him, the guy removed the headphones and said sorry I’m singing along to a song, are you okay with that? The black player states he just continued and stared and said nothing so the guy pointed out the use of the “N” word in America is used all the time.

The black player spoke and pointed out “we’re not in America though are we” so the guy stopped singing along. This story carries the headline Racial Abuse and Northampton CCC is looking into it.

This is where I believe it’s silly, I feel it’s insensitive, not racial abuse, thoughts?

If after the war hundreds of thousands of British moved to India and Pakistan and in time first and second generation offsprings started making the grade for their county cricket teams wouldn't the 'whiteys' be the butt of their jokes and face a bit of resentment for not being a 'proper' Indian/Pakistani?
Azim Rafiq wasn't driven out of Yorkshire otherwise he wouldn't had returned two years later as the team captain if his early years were so traumatic. He has accused Michael Vaughan of bullying and racism but he invited him to his wedding, something doesn't add up, he is a liar and should be done for slander, funny how he waits until his career is over before he brings it up, where were his bollocks when it was actually happening?, obviously there wasn't a pound note to be earned with the full backing of wokism.

Your comments have been noted but I have to say they are so yesterday you must learn to keep up and by the way you would do better if you removed that chip from your shoulder
