    We'll be fine. Losing games 13, 14 & 15 in a 46-game season is bad, but leaves a lot of time to correct matters...

    I think he's playing it sensibly, not extravagantly, TBH. We're in L1 for a reason and rather than chuck money at the problem he's letting things play out more than than the last two. Short simply lost interest after spending heavily on mercenary types and Donald overpaid for Will Grigg by about 200%. He's young and rich and can play a long game in the knowledge that the stadium and academy are fine and the crowds are holding up at c.30k with a **** team, so the potential upside is huge.
