Should we maybe send him out on loan to a lower Championship club or higher League One club- maybe the tan man might want him ?
why send him anywhere hes our player and we are going to need sooner or later---I think he has quite a lot to offer
He probably will go somewhere in January, at least on loan. He's got loads of players ahead of him in his position.
I'll be amazed if he doesn't go in Jan, he's only got six months to go on his deal and he's not going to get a game for us.
I feel sorry for the lad, he hasn't done anything wrong. He is like a glass blower in a pottery to much huffing and puffing without the need. I like him, but he has missed the chance. Pity but thats life.
I'm going to ask the same question, but in my case it's more a case of not knowing what the connection being made between Harper and Brown is that would make Brown jump out as the first name when looking for someone to sign him.
Rather than criticising NP for signing him we were questionning why the original poster suggested that Brown in particular might want him as though there was some connection. The only link I could come up with myself was that Harper played for Reading in the same team as Parkinson, who was allegedly good friends with Brown so he could have had some informal or social connection that made him a likely target.
D'oh, yeah I was forgetting Ash had gone to Preston as well. Guess I was blocking his transfer because of how he left, rather remember the rest of his time here.
