It’s like waiting for Christmas Day this isn’t it. For a lot of our own players this will be the first time we are all as a team. The fans manager owners players. Honestly think we will win.
Hey, hoping for a win EH would have had 2weeks with them, recon we will start seeing a change in the way we play. he will more than likely plum for. 4-4-1-1 I assume ASM behind Wilson - suppose he could put ASM on the left wing and put Willock behind CW I wouldn’t be surprised with a CM of longstaff and Hayden tbh they seem more like his type of players Wanted a bit of help too if poss me and the boy are coming up for the game - his first game and mine since the takeover were flying in on Fri so got all day Sat was wondering if anyone knows what time and where the players arrive was hoping to grab a pic or autograph for him cheers
I don’t think we can second guess, because I don’t think he’ll play how Bournemouth used to, he’s a student of the game not a feckless oaf like Bruce.
Hendrick played very well against Portugal on Thursday night, he’s actually been playing well for Ireland in the last few games. Howe might be able to get something out of him in the right system. I’m actually willing to give every player a chance, they haven’t been coached properly in 2 years.
It’s possible the tactics and formation have had this impact on many players. One of Hendricks key strengths is actually his work rate which was not utilised in a sit deep midfielder role under Bruce. We might be surprised here. His key strength is one of Howes main focuses in the team.
me neither. He’s a waster. He’s like the @Joelinton's Right Foot of NUFC. Never doing the hard work and rarely turns up…..
I think that the impact that a new boss will make will effectively give us a number new players that were playing - and being directed to play - way below what they're capable of playing. So we might see a totally different team effect, even if the players are not that different. From the general rise in confidence that just like us the players should feel, I'm going for a 3-1 home win.
Agree here. There will be one or two who we have written off who will be like new players. I reckon Lewis, Hayden and Gayle will surprise.
