Perez v sainz is very disappointing. Red bull have given him a gee up.

Hamilton has done well once he got clear of McLaren.

Verstappen is going to have one more go here.

Hamilton 6th. That's 11th now in main race.

    One more possible.

If perez and sainz fall over each other he could be 3rd here.

I thought so 5 laps ago, but I don't think Max was letting up.

Not easy, not unless theres a beneficial safety car as tyres and heavy fuel wont be as easy to go do this.

Every sprint race the soft options have lasted well enough so far.

Perez is just not cutting it here.

Verstappen will not get bottas, not close enough on sectors.

    Good damage limitation here.

    Net 21 point gap.

    Merc actually gain in constructors.

Perez blows it for red bull again.

Let's hope tomorrow's main race is as good as that was.

    Three takeaways I'd say.

Hamilton looks insane here. Carried on the Qualifying form of being half a second quicker than the field. Will get a podium at the minimum and will beat Max if he gets a safety car.

The Sprint race is still a **** format, only partially salvaged by luckily having the fastest driver in last.

Perez isn't good enough for a drive at a top team. Inexcusably poor and he's costing his team the constructors' title.

That fresh ice from merc plus Lewis's determination made a great sprint. Looks like Bottas with no pressure for contract can fly!

With you on that... Though I thoroughly enjoyed Hamilton's charge, sprint is still BS.

I think a lot of drivers will be watching the sprint to see where and how he was setting up the overtakes.

I think Lewis is actually going to win it tomorrow. He has just been too fast to everyone this weekend
