Are you all seriously thinking the new owner will spend his time in Hull ? Expect a CEO, probably someone already employed at a Football club in this country and a manager the owner knows well and trusts, so foreign. Forecasting changes at the SMC because I don't for one second think the new owner will tolerate it losing money as it is at present. .
May I put a complete dampner on all of this as a bona fide etched-in-stone pessimist with just one question - Have we been sold yet? OK, and another question - how do the crafty business minds of Assem & Ehab operate at the eleventh hour when the wannabe purchaser has shown his cards and is at his most vulnerable?
One of the things that worries me is Ehab's 11th hour "Del boy trick's" espically now our prospective new owner has gone public, the Allams silence put's me on edge regards the sale if i'm honest.
A few have expressed that concern, but who's to say Ilicali and his team don't have an ace or 2 up their sleeves aswell?
I think in the past I'd be feeling the same, but this time the big big big big big difference is that Assam really wants the sale and understands that the deal they have got for the club won't come around again unless we are fighting for promotion and we all know that isn't going to happen under the current business model.
