    For the time being, Ernie; yes.

    I believe this idea was (and is) fundamentally flawed; and will remain so, for as long as most performance road cars use multi-(more than 4)cylinder engines. When it became obvious that Bernie was so willing to accommodate the wishes of VW, I was almost heart-broken! Thankfully, common sense eventually prevailed - albeit as a consequence (at least in part) of VW's withdrawal.

    1.5L V6 turbo engines, limited to about 14000 rpm if i remember correctly.
