the only thing about the above lists is we get to work thiago like a dog for 2 weeks to try get him fitter.

not sure about jones but he is really not a big loss.
Not sure about milner I think he will be out longer than this window
Firmin ois for sure out as well

no help really on the injury front then but at least it gets a couple games closer for their return.

My team is crystal clear for the next one, subject to international floggings and injuries

    Alisson
    trent Matip Vvd Robertson
    Henderson fabinho thiago
    Salah jota mane

I see just the one first team player i would have liked for this game out (firmino)

then rotate like **** in the CL.

well he is not is he?

We have fabinho henderson and Thiago so he's a bench warmer at that point so when he is back without an eye patch he can be the bench option over ox. Hardly a big loss.

If we didn't have the 3 then sure its a bigger loss. thats my point.

In a time where we're short on midfielders, yes it's ridiculous. Especially when Fabinho is on international duty and the other two are injury prone.

    Yeah well so?

The premise was all 3 would start so Jones not being fit is not an issue then is it?

Same theory for katia or for milner.

Someone sat warming the bench is no great loss for this game imo.

Why bother having a bench. Might as well just turn up to the ground with 11 players that way we don’t have to pay any match bonuses or unused bonuses to those that aren’t selected. Can use a smaller coach to save on costs

work that way for 40 or 50 years mate.

Again, Henderson, fabinho Thiago as midfield with ox on the bench means if jones is not fit he's no great loss for the week. C'mon guys get over it, the comment was purely based on the first choice players being available.

Been ssying this for weeks. Klopp stated recently that he firmly sees kostas as robbos back up to give him the odd rest.

Its Disappointing to hear and sends the wrong message imho.

Robbos been bang average at best for weeks, and his play in the final 3rd has gone to ****...
kostas on the other hand looks well up for it.

Its not about having favourites in a supposedly competitive squad.

Defensively, Robbo isn't as good as he has been but he's still decent. But going forward, he's been atrocious for this entire calendar year.

Bring Kostas in and we will finally have the threat down the left hand side which gives us the option to attack down both flanks and stretch play.

No chance, yes it's at home so he should break his barren spell but a goal and assist is more likely

Arsenal have gone on a good run but a lot of their results have been quite …fortunate. A last second strike avoided a deserved defeat against the Palace . A good performance from Ramsdale gave them a win although they were under the cosh most of the time at Villa. And a rather unsporting refusal to give back the ball gave them a lucky 1-0 against Watford.

their run comes to an end.

Easy 4-1 with Salah both assist and scorer.

well at least you didn't say hat trick for salah right ;)

In fact you've acknowledged our complete inability to defend against top half teams as well so I would say this is probably reasonable but the stats tell me 3-2 is the most likely outcome. (1.6gc/g)

I think ibwt put it better when he showed the type of opponent they met in their run.

Sadly it looks remarkably like our early games so they could say the same about us.
