I cannot understand why they do not put more staff on, the last time I was there were many people walked away, p**sed off with waiting. Lossed business and profit, as they only pay these people for a few hours at the minimum wage, and change a fortune for the beer.
The experience of fans at Brighton was so much better than "The KC Experience". Good beer and, if I recall correctly, good pies too. AND A FRIENDLY STAFF AND STEWARDS!!!!!! Seems like the SMC (?) has quite a bit to learn, in order to be slightly human.
I wasn't there! But the reports on here had it as an ace experience. [P.S. You seem to have race supremacy on your mind....]
I wouldn't quite phrase it quite like that, but I certainly think the KC would be better off if the people on the concourse could speak English.
