i thought howe had agreed to the job...not quite 'desperation' point yet but i feel they are going to have to offer some amazing deal with 'walk away' clause to tempt a new man in, always someone will go for the cash but i wonder how many may have been spoken to or given a hint they might be asked that have distanced themselves other than the ones we are hearing about.

logically, a new regime all but have replacements ready to come in once they start sacking so i find it hard to fathom that they not only kept hold of SB to make sure he got his 1000th game (and give themselves a little more time) yet are still searching for the new manager.
