I was watching in disbeilf when I watched 18 people walk past the little girl who was lying on the floor and fighting for her life. One a mother with her own daughter who did not do anything. How can these ****s sleep at night? The ****s that did the hit and run have been arrested but the ****s that walked past the girl without helping should not call themselves humans.

Don't know why. Probably a million and one reasons and none of them justifiable. Listening to the people being interviewed blaming the government and greed is bullshit. Awful. The child has just been run over. But don't we all walk past people essentially run over or more precisely run down, sat or laying on streets every day? Maybe the familiarity of that, effects the need for urgency when identifying whether someone in distress requires or deserves our help?
The Chinese don't like to save peoples lives as they believe it's interfering in fate, and if you save them you will have to look after them for the rest of their lives. It's ****ed up, but that's the way it is. We can't exactly say much, after all our governments kills 1,000's and support corrupt regimes and we go happily with it so we can take a foreign holiday every year.
