Looks like he is the first. There’s only been 69 T20I centuries, amazingly, and only Hales, Malan, Livingstone (2), and Buttler from England. None of the others have tons in all 3 formats.

He’s generally a great bowler but he has been England’s weak link in this tournament and he was getting battered again today. Woakes finished the over conceding only 2 off the final 3 balls.

I’m going to give Mills the benefit of the doubt and say that the injury which forced him off was affecting his delivery stride leading up to that happening.

Mills is the joint 2nd highest wicket taker, of the eight sides who started in this phase. Only Nortje is ahead of him (by just one wicket, having bowled more overs).

Sure he's been a tad expensive. But he bowls mainly at the death. And when you have other economical bowlers, you can afford a slightly expensive wicket taker.

(He's joint 10th overall, but the other eight bowlers all got three extra matches in the first phase.)

The way Yorkshire are covering up the Rafiq investigation is an absolute disgrace. They concluded that he was subject to "racial harassment" and yet won't give him a full copy of the report, despite being ordered to. And the fact that they aren't taking disciplinary action against anyone at the club speaks volumes. The ECB need to act here. In the report, it dismissed a racially offensive term as banter! Kick them out of the County Championship if they won't act on this. Looks like their board is full of racist scumbags.

Afghanistan have major issues here. India could rack up a mammoth total.

I wondered at the start of this chase whether Afghanistan would try and chase it, or just look to limit the damage to the NRR advantage over India (eg by targeting something like 160 or 170).

But they haven't really done either. They're on course to be thrashed, without ever really giving it a go.

Ballance gives a slightly different interpretation which may explain why no disciplinary action was taken. Whether you believe his version is another thing altogether.

Yorkshire lose the right to host England games. Gary Ballance suspended indefinitely from being selected by England.

Headingley banned not just from England matches, but all major matches, until Yorkshire can demonstrate it can "meet the standards expected". That includes The Hundred. There could be serious financial repercussions here.

Don't see why unless they've done something wrong.

If they are stopping Headingley receiving money by not allowing games to be played, my thinking was, why should ecb still be funding their star names by way of subsidise contracts. They should go the whole hog, as in my opinion, that is why the test venue counties can afford to employ the bigger names, ecb funding and contracts

They all have central contracts with the ECB, separate from their Yorkshire contracts.
