It is the highest league ground in England but Buxton is twice the height above sea level. There is one even higher, some small club near Bradford. The reason they are called the Baggies is supposed to go back to the days when the money from the turnstiles was put in bags and they walked round the pitch with them to take down the tunnel to be counted in the offices. The crowd used to shout “Here come the Baggies”.
putting us down for a win, it makes absolutely no sense. everything says we are going to lose, but for some unknown reason I'm going against that. 2-1 city.
Yes, our shock results are when we get done by teams we should be hammering. The gift that keeps on giving?
Well, a change in time for me, 3 am start, I'm not sure which is worse 1.45 am or this, I guess later I'll find out. Baggies have had a mixed October 2 losses and 3 wins, so maybe not in the best form. Unlikely to get anything from this one, though it will be sod's law that by some miracle we will get something from the game, let's hope so. I would certainly play McLoughlin as he looked more assured at the back when he came on, I thought he brought a bit of calmness. Ideally, play 3 at the back, but unlikely under McCann, so would go for the following. Ingram Coyle McLoughlin Greaves Elder Honeyman Smallwood Docherty Emmanuel Magennis KLP
ive been trying too sum up how i feel about City at moment with the takeover so close (hopefully), i can only think of describing it like Speed Dating , but you see someone you really fancy a few tables down and thats all you really care about gettng too , but you have too talk to a few tables of ugly boring ones first and just get them out the way and go through the motions. thats how i feel about City's next few matches
Unfortunately I think it’s damage limitation but for me like most I fear the worst, expecting a 4.0 defeat. Three cbs needed for the onslaught
McCant on his last legs should be saying,... "who wants to play, what formation do you want to play and where do you want to play...."... then he'd have an excuse...
