Johnson is a grubby populist / opportunist, however, he has some serious problems (drink etc) and fundamentally he's not as bright as he thinks he is. Case in point, he positions himself for a photoshoot between head of the UN and Sir David Attenborough, to boost his green credentials, but then gets caught napping after a liquid lunch!
The Bonehead Messiah is now so irrelevant the best he can do is sic his fans on a chicken shop in Milton Keynes
I think Yaxley's a vile and tragic racist prick. But if he went into that takeaway with his kids and sat down for a meal without causing any trouble, it was stupid not to serve him.
Why risk the possible hassle to serve a racist, criminal dickhead, though? Him crying about discrimination has to be intentional irony, too.
There's been suggestions that he was informed a few days in advance that he wouldn't be served, so marched in looking to cause a fuss and pretend that he was the victim in all of it, having initially planned to go there solo before deciding to drag his kids along to make himself look more "heroic"
Him crying doesn't bother me. But I think they acted irrationally. They let their emotion cloud the wiser option. What better way is there to show he's wrong about those he targets than by smiling and serving him, maybe even having a pleasant conversation with him? He may never change but at least he would've walked away after the meal thinking, well they were alright. By doing what they did it gives ammunition to him and those that think like him. But worst of all it just fuels division.
Appreciate the context HBIC. Sounds like something he would defo do. But I still think they should've served him and in doing so poured cold water on his stunt if that's what he was trying.
It's a sports bar in Milton Keynes. The staff could've been absolutely wonderful to him and I doubt it would've ended there. The local rag makes it sound like he's created this whole thing, too: https://www.miltonkeynes.co.uk/news...fter-refusing-to-serve-tommy-robinson-3442401 No idea if it's accurate, but it sounds like him.
If there were no tables available and he kicked off and started slagging the place off then there's nowt the staff did wrong tbf. I never considered it as discrimination btw, that's just bollox. And the morons now posting fake reviews also pathetic. What I find funny is that the very folk who go on about the cancel culture and crying wokes are often the biggest culprits.
Absolute madness. The man’s been dead for over 20 years and they were genuinely expecting him to rise up? His dad was a democrat. Why would he be a Republican? (Obviously that question is well down the list )
