Maybe 18-20k. I think there might be a bump initially then it'll die off again. Will need sustained success to see a full house on a regular basis.
My information was the Birmingham City home game on the 20th November, so it’s been pushed forward 3 weeks? The official City website quoted Due Diligence ‘Recently’ started. Not defined. I was aware of the Turkish involvement before the Bournemouth Home game on the 28th August! I certainly don’t like the thought of the current coach still in charge for the next 6 games, with his win rate in the Championship. Billy B
I agree. Another 6 games at current rate and the new owners would inherit an even bigger challenge to avoid the drop this year. Genuinely think there's a case for a caretaker manager now if it's really going to be that long.
I’ve not being going to home games since the Allams stopped concessions. On top of everything else it was a step too far.I’ve done selective away days, generally when it’s pay on the day. It’s now highly unlikely I’ll initially be returning when they’ve gone, which is a shame. Has anybody mentioned they’re ****s today?
Assuming they are Completely gone and Ehab doesn't remain in Any capacity, I will bust a gut to be there.
Even if they keep him as half time entertainment to put in stocks with people in the crowd pelting him with fruit?
Bout the same as it's being all season...all those giving it the Big Billy Bollocks they were boycotting and will only return when the Allams go won't actaully return en masse unless of course we get promoted to the Epl again.
It will be intresting to see what the attendance will be after the reason for boycotting has been removed, im going for 12000 to14000 , dont 4get we're propping the league up as it stands.
I think you'll be surprised at the difference if and when the Allams go and we have ridded ourselves of this manager, people are desperate for changes, be it the owners, the manager or both. Yes there will be an increase if we start doing well again, but that is pretty much the case for 90% of clubs around the UK if not the world. People like to see a successful team, simples, but I would be amazed if the numbers dont increase once we've got rid of those previously mentioned.
I stopped going when we were last promoted to the PL. I went to Leicester game, photographed the protest, watched the game in the Gemmil & then drove home. Many of those choosing not to be a customer of a business that has morals, ethics & principles that are outside the boundaries of what is acceptable to their own were going long before the PL was even a realistic dream. The PL has no bearing on their decision. The decision was made on individual standards.
I would agree, I would think we are only averaging around 9/10 thousand home fans at the moment, if it did happen for Bristol they won’t bring many plus it’s just before Christmas which is normally a lower attendance. However on the other side of the coin depending on media build up ect who knows, mind you still has to happen yet and if it does I will certainly be encouraging a few friends/family to go.
I was one of those but the thing is its just gone on too long and they've destroyed my love of football. I quite often can't even be arsed to check the results. I was fully expecting to go to the first game without the Allams there but now I'm not even sure if I'll ever go again.
