Would be awesome if we win tomorrow in front of the 4k away fans as our next league game is Ipswich at home 18 days later...
All about character this one, I think. We've bounced back previously but there's a limited amount of times you can do it.
Turns out they’ve postponed the ELO experience until 25th November!! Nice one. Looks like I’ll be watching after all
That reminds me of one of my favourite 'off the cuff' jokes although the recipient really wasn't impressed. Me and Mrs Smug had driven down to Cardiff for the match and parked up. A fella, with a young lad, came up and said, "Excuse me I'm looking for the 'Doctor Who Experience." I said, "Just go and stand in that phone box for half an hour and you'll get the idea." We were absolutely doubled up but the bloke was seething which made it funnier. Looking back, it was probably his face that made it so funny
Tonight's team sheet will be our most important so far this season imo. Johnson has had his job made easier with the absence of McGeady and I expect O'Brien to come in who's guaranteed to put a shift in. I also expect Evans to start but can't see a starting place for Dajaku. I'm lost with O'Nien at the moment. He seems to have become ridiculously introverted and plays his own game irrespective of what's going on around him. He seems to be having running battles, with one player or another, that distract him from the actual game.
Shame I've had to give up my ticket, would've been good to see you lads. Graham has Covid and I have work I shouldn't really avoid. Hope you have a great time and sing all the way home. Take care in the pubs, they've had a few incidents this season.
I think he will play.....LJ sees him as a bit stronger than some of the others. Might be in a three.....but,wouldn't be surprised if he was in for Doyle.
I would go with that team tonight, but Broadhead would be straight back in when he's fit to return. Him and Stewart will cause havoc. We've bounced back positively from setbacks (Burton, Pompey) and I think we'll do it tonight. Really fancy us to scrape a 2-1 win and get back on track.
Worried about tonight's game for the first time this season. Still shocked how poor we were on Saturday I think its a big game for LJ he keeps saying the right things but worryingly doesn't seem to do anything about it. One thing playing so open against teams like Cheltenham but you just cant keep allowing teams to control games. Desperately needs to address the midfield issues be aggressive and control games further up the field but I fear he may just bring in Wright and go more defensive. Hopefully he'll surprise us with a win and three points wouldn't be a bad return from the last two games. Can't make the game tonight but a massive following can make a difference so enjoy and stay safe chaps
First goal could be crucial. We get it crowd get on their players backs . They get it tails up could be another long night. I’m going for the 1st scenario.
