    Our record this season

    Goals in all competitions..
    17 games
    F22 (3 league cup, 10 ECL, 9 PL)
    A23 (2 league cup, 5 ECL, 16 PL)

    Chances created in all competitions
attempts 184 (approx 10.5 per game)
attempts on target 70 (4 per game)

    PL
    Goals
    F9 A13 ... failed to score in 4 games
    Attempts 100
    attempts on target 40

We are averaging 4 attempts on target per league game and 10 attempts per league game.

We have only scored more than once in 6 games in all competitions this season.
We have failed to score in 6 games this season in all competitions.

We have failed to score since the first half of our match v Newcastle in the Premier League (2 and a half games).

We have failed to register a shot on target in our last 1 and a half Premier league games.

We have scored a total of 1 goal in our last 4 and a half games (in all competitions).

We are beyond boring yet both the manager and Levy spoke about delivering exciting, attacking football and going back to the Spurs DNA.

Will be fascinating to see how many have paid to turn up for the ECL on Thursday.

I am far less reactionary than you lot as you've probably noticed. I am also firmly in the glass half full camp. I am also prone to finding some good things that nearly happened even when we've lost (or clutching at straws as Spurf suggests). So with due consideration I have to say.... Nuno out.

    So, here we are again...

...an absolutely ****ing atrocious performance, as a consequence of another ****ing atrocious managerial appointment. I have no idea why anyone thought his chump would have any chance of being a success when the club's management had a free pass to sack him after 1 season. He was nobody's idea of a manager to solve our problems.

It's not Nuno's fault. He's the wrong bloke, in the wrong place at the wrong time. His failure was absolutely predictable and a number of us did just that. The club is a ****ing basket case and the fault doesn't lie with anyone who was appointed last summer.

This fish is stinking...and it's stinking from the head.

    Levy OUT!

Just watched the 'highlights' in MotD, against my better judgement.
The (fair) post match analysis was one of the most embarrassing accounts in all the 55 years of my support.
The failed game plan (if there was one) is down to the manager.
The (missing) attitude on the pitch is down to the players.

But the general state of affairs is entirely down to Levy and ENIC.

There must be change - and fast - or we will be relegation candidates by Xmas.

Addendum. Just watched the performance of Potters Brighton against 'Pool. Felt like crying...:emoticon-0106-cryin

After promising the fans entertaining football I honestly do not understand how Nuno keeps his job.

I remember some poor spurs teams who couldn't defend but still gave us games to remember because they tried to attack.

They only spurs games that stand out as entertaining in the past year was the 5-4 loss to Everton and the home wins against Palace, Burnley and Leicester.
We beat City twice in that time but they were good performances but not exciting... nothing wrong with that ... being pragmatic on occasions makes sense.

But 4 entertaining performances in a total of over 60 games ... and none since Leicester away (17 games ago) is simply unacceptable for me.

I actually feel sorry for him.

He's not right for either the club or the squad, but we're playing most games with 10 men.
Kane is a disgrace and it's clearly affecting our other attacking players, too.
Son missed three good chances yesterday and didn't even test the keeper.

The manager's getting things wrong quite often, but his alternatives are often poor, too.
Subbing Moura yesterday was ludicrous and got the reception it deserved.
He had to do something though and the most obvious thing was pulling the only striker we've got.
Doing that when chasing the game would've gone down even worse, even if it's what I would've done.

They were awful and didn't pose a threat at all until they brought on their first choice strikers.
Even then they didn't test Gollini. His only save was in the 86th minute and was going wide.
Having said that, did Lloris make a save?

Seemed to spend most of the game slowing up play, passing backwards and sideways and basically doing United's job for them!

Move him back into the middle and drop Kane. May as well make a point on his way out.

There were (at least) 5 players ahead of Moura who needed subbing.
Taking Kane off would have been a huge call, but entirely deserved.

I got incredibly drunk last night and probably good job too as I’d probably gone way over board with the obscenities if I posted on here straight after the game.

Genuinely disgusted at what we’ve been witnessing of late though and yesterday was just seeing the pinnacle of it.

As you know I’m not Lucas’ biggest fan from a starting XI perspective but he was the only attacking player on the pitch trying and taking him off was madness, I never joined in with the boos as tempting as it was but I absolutely joined in with the “you don’t know what you’re doing” chant to that useless **** in charge, why people feel sorry for him I don’t know, he’s exacerbated every single problem with his diabolical management and how he wasn’t sacked after the game or even before it finished (we all know Levy has previous for that!) then I don’t know.

The only players to leave that pitch with dignity were Emerson, Cuti and Lucas. Even Oli Skipp who’s been a rare shining light was poor.

Atmosphere was so poisonous, the worst it’s been since… probably before I can remember. Booing at various stages of the match let alone at HT & FT, considerable Levy Out chants as well for the first time ever, you occasionally hear 2-3 fans in different areas call Levy a **** or something but yesterday I’d say a fairly strong percentage of fans in the south were all chanting for him to go. When many of the players started to walk towards the south stand to applaud the fans many fans were ushering them away and saying a few choice words to the point where the players halted their walks and then went towards the tunnel.

This club is an absolute mess at the moment. **** all to be optimistic about.

I do find it quite hilarious when Gary Neville gets asked by his peers in the studio about what’s going wrong with Kane. Mate, it was your interview with him that was the catalyst for his lack of application <doh>. Are people just going to act like this didn’t influence things?

He should really be criticised for that a lot more than he has been. He clearly knew what he was doing and I was amazed Sky aired that before the season had even ended. Awful all round.

And that's without the obvious conflict of interests that he has.
Loves Utd, owns Salford, works with a wide variety of scumbags and has his mates' backs at all times.
He should no longer work for Sky. He can't do the job required of him.

We hired a manager known for playing 3-5-2 with deep-lying playmakers.
We don't have the players for that formation. At all.

1 striker, who can't be bothered, no deep playmakers at all.
Maybe two wingbacks, both of which are constantly injured.
Lots of left-wingers, who don't feature in that system.
Doesn't seem like he's allowed to use it, either.

So don’t accept the job. He spoke with Paratici and Paratici spoke with Levy to convince Levy that Nuno was flexible with tactics and formation… clearly he isn’t. He literally hasn’t a clue, he’s even worse than I thought. I thought at worst he’d make it boring (which he’s certainly done) but grind out results… He can’t do the latter, we’re getting thumped by multiple sides and even losing to second tier ones in the ECL under this bloke. He has no business being here.

Kane isn’t alone in not trying though, Nuno’s somehow amazingly made players known for grafting look uninterested. Son hasn’t gotten out of second gear for weeks but is getting off scot free, Hojbjerg has been shocking the last couple games, Lo Celso doesn’t even know what second gear is and for a supposed creative player couldn’t even hit a 10 yard through ball to Son at one point.

He’s sapped the life out of everyone, players and fans. He’s managed to make Jose’s reign look good because he at least got about 4-5 good performers over his tenure, Nuno has none.
