Up next for the Gills in league 1, is a home game against Accrington Stanley next weekend - Can we put 3 more points on the board?

Accrington who?????????????? not been a great deal between the sides in recent meetings in fact 2013 was the last time we beat them at home.
They have a good record so far against teams below them. Tight at the top 13 but we are 4 points from that point but only 4 points divide 5 from 6 at the bottom.
We need to find some form and very soon we are a third of the way into the season and it will from here not get better only a spade lower into a grave.
They have won as many as losses and only 2 draws from 14.
We however have drawn as many as we have lost and only 3 wins from 14.
Is our form based on our players or the way they are utilised? I mentioned Big John had not scored all season, then he scores. But are we underplaying or not suited to this league, so relegation, or do we get someone to organise the team to its maximum without the bullying.
Our gaffer at present!!! has equal results across the board wins 41 draws 37 and loses 40 so pointwise so from a maximum 198 he has 160 which is amazing
BUT we don't match our position in the league to the gaffers record, so what is wrong??????
This division is, without doubt, one of the best/toughest in the world, just look at the teams who recently were in the Championship and or Premiership and struggling?
So to the game tomorrow afternoon. At home and a gate of average past 4 homes , 5000??? a good home gate for us, but look who we played, wigan and Sunderland during 2 of the past 4.
Do I go heart or head???
Goals scored, not a great deal between the 2 teams them 20 us 16 but we are relying on one player if he is marked out of the game!!!
    Heart it is

MKB 2 v 1 WHO??? ( Has to be Oliver and if he plays The Big Fella and for the ?????? I have a microbrewery and use a lot of Nottingham yeast so its him for them)
I do hope we turn some corners, we do have some talented players and massive support, even if it's online and not at the gate, but we are here just not able to shout for the players to hear.
I may come across as negative, but facts and figures have got me where I am, and sadly and happily for me, I am a Gills supporter, facts and figures have always been an issue, lololol but we are who we are and hopefully some good results coming soon will see us where we should be and in our dreams pushing for the playoffs. after all, who saw my adopted side THE GREEN ARMY top of the division ??????

That was probably the easiest prediction I've had all season. We are currently managing one point a game, well it don't much basic arithmetic to know that is relegation material.

Remember every season in this league you need to be aiming around the 52 point marker, thankfully Wycombe are not our last game of the season.

We are already over 1/3rd the way through the season, and in the final 2/3rds we need to see an increase in each third performance with an extra victory above what we've currently achieved.

Not impossible, but do we really want to spend the rest of the season, looking over our shoulders.

We should of had 4 more points from last two games then we would be comfortable in mid table

Our problem is 'should' has been our fate, rather than 'would' and unless that changes we 'could' be in trouble. :)
