My top boss keeps saying "that task is way above my pay grade". The phrase itself really pisses me off but what annoys me more is that when he says it he then delegates the bloody job to me and i'm 3 grades below him

 

That's proper management, that is. Talk ****e and delegate to the minions. I doff my cap to him.
