I'd go... Burge Richardson Younger Alves Hume Evans Sohna Gooch Wearne O'Brien Harris The league should remain our number one priority. The game coming up against Rotherham is to important to risk our regular first team players.
The players seem to get really excited with these games so I'll join in ... ... unreal turn out tonight. Just hope it's finished in normal time, the train, the train times mean quite a few will have to leave before the end of any extra time and penalties.
the pitch did not need watering, that's my opinion it would have been damp enough before kick off i have laid turf, grew my own 2 lawns, when it rains i could not play football on them, simple as that.
On me way…. Part 1 of the journey, train to Richmond, then tube to Stamford Brook. Short walk to the Crown & Scepter in the Bush for a beer n grub. Then up to the match. 2,700 mind. Crackers for the last Tuesday in October. Fookin’ haway man…..Lee Howey, Lee Howey, Lee Howey
I can imagine our bairns showing no fear. Hoping our pace runs their defenders ragged and we get a goal or two. A win would be fantastic but 100% effort, style & entertainment would suffice for me.
I hope we give a good account of ourselves tonight and of course I would love for us to win, but I'm in the "next 2 league games are very important" camp, so hope our key players are rested for this one.
