Had a very nice Indian meal, no pics though.

 

Just ordered a mixed lamb and chicken shawarma with some pickled chilli **** called kabis. I dunno i just saw jalapeños in it and i was sold

This was bangdang.

I uses most of the kabis in the the shawarma.

Its pink chips, sweet green pepper and jalapeños all pickled

Yeh, i dunno what it was but it looked like pink cucumber chips.

Did you eat those less than 2 hours apart?

 

I like it chopped as small as possible then fried in spices really quickly. It can be really nice.

 

Going to do some Moroccan lamb and one of these award winning chili's again.
