Lascelles, Clark Shelvey - Gtfo Almiron - Not suited to the prem. Works hard, but not consistent enough attacking wise. Sell to foreign club for 10m. Joelinton? Well, for maybe enough time it takes to get more options in, then get rid surely? The guy is basically another Shola at best. Big and strong, holds the ball up but that's it. Will score 2-3 goals a season, and we really want to be doing better. He's the biggest flop in history.
Depends on who comes in. All players, bar Shelvey, have until January to prove themselves. Let's say we buy a 2/3 centre backs then we can pretty much get rid of all of them and we keep the ones that have impressed most. If however we don't buy any centre backs then we don't get rid of any . Now apply that to all positions.
He's been our best player recently and I believe he's just surrounded by ****. Whether people like it or not he's one of our better players and we need a squad of 25.. You can't just chuck out 20 and sign 20. It'll be 4 or 5 a window, so theres definitely 4vor 5 worse this January and in the summer

The almiron bashers amuse me.. I've never known a player put so many yards in.. Incredible engine, gives 100% every week and is one of Paraguays best players... In a better side he'd shine more at the other end, but he's asked to do all the work the ****e like Hayden should be doing

Hayden as a squad player. If Almiron is happy to stay a squad player then I keep, but I'd assume he'd not be happy with that, so sell.
That's the most positive thing you've ever said about the lad He's another player that gives his all... I've seen him keep some of the best quiet over the years. He'd be my 1st defender on the team sheet every week... Got a goal and an assist this season too. Think he's only 27 and he always talks about his pride playing for our club
Why are you so determined to chase out one of our best players at this point? The rest I agree with but you're off your trolley if you think almiron won't be good enough for the next year or 2.
I've said many times he's improved, he was absolutely useless when he arrived but he's steady enough now. I'd like to think we'll get a better rb in the summer or whenever but he's fine
I agree, but until then he's got that spot and until there's 2 ahead of him The same applies to all our better players
Almiron works hard, but the guy isn't that great in the premier league in terms of creating anything though. I'd be willing to maybe give him a chance under a new manager, but I don't consider being one of our best players in this current team very impressive, it's not exactly a hard standard to achieve. Look at our results without ASM and Wilson. They are the standout players in the team, not Almiron. We can be with or without Almiron, and I see him being weak and piss poor because of how often he seems to lack confidence in the final third.
Anyone who puts Hayden in his keep squad is on some form of heroin. I'd sent Lascelles to Antarctica. I don't even think Forest would take him back, kids ****ing gash.
I also don't like this idea that new signings instantly relegate our better players to being described as back up It'll be a few seasons before they should be considered just back up They're still players that are good enough and that will play games
