mate, you was pissed, he was doing the other passengers a favour, the train being full was just an excuse to stop you getting on it, but a fair one.

I don't agree with that mate, and if I was his boss, I'd be politely telling you to fook off, but that's just me.

I saw an extremely disheveled man running, well actually stumbling along the platform, sweating profusely.

He was shouting about stopping the train, he was clearly extremely intoxicated. In order to avoid a potential drunk and disorderly situation I told him the train was full.

To which his response was “it ****ing isnae you massive fat knacker, I’m gonna skin yer” at which point he fell to his knees, started crying uncontrollably and was tapping away on his phone.

It was quite funny I laughed at the time, but I told him I was reporting him and he refused to look at the camera, so I figured he was concerned

I won't pretend to understand the legality of it, but it seems very underhand to me.

How can they dictate where other businesses get money from?

It seems to me like they just can't accept this and are just going to cause problems as long as they can.

Nick demarco is in for a few more quid

It's getting beyond a joke now..

Ffs were 18th and and it took 18 months to get through the takeover process now they're inventing new rules.

    Fosse is the type

Fair market value for deals. Seems legit if it’s a state sponsorship.

    It is very simple really

You can only spend what earn plus an overdraft which prevents a club when spending money that it can't sustain, this is too prevent a billionaire from writing off a massive debt and spending hundreds of millions on players whose wages cannot be paid by legitimate earnings by the club

We all know Man City have been cooking the books for 10 or even 15 years but they have lawyers to tie the authorities in knots

You could spend hundreds of millions on players and that again on wages and still go down with an operating debt of say £350m if that exceeds the amount that is allowed in excess of your actual earnings which is say £100m then you get punished under FFP rules which could mean a points deduction in the Championship AKA Derby County and get relegated to League 1

Unlikely I know but is possible

You new owners can spend what they want on a new ground and infrastructure projects but buying players and paying them has to be within the income earned by the club

Man City get away with ridiculous sponsor ship deals but highly unlikely that any more clubs will be allowed to break the rules to this extent

I may not be a 100% right on this but I think that is the way it works

Barcelona for example now have a limit of £100m of debt that they can carry over their legitimate earnings
