Which is all true but they don't have the luxury of time.

The club has been left in such a mess that a lot of things will be sorted over time but critically survival gets harder each and every game this muppet is in charge. You could also argue the man is doing damage now.

They need the DoF role sorted and a manager ASAP. This week and before the CP which again i am told will be resolved.

Where've they been? Under a rock? On Mars? Anyone could've told them it'd be a ****ing disaster, apart from the accounts ledger.

There's no way anyone decent is walking in to this mess. I had lofty optimism, but Conte et al would take a walk around the wheelie bins and paddling pool at Darsley and probably ask if their taxi could swing by a bit earlier than expected.

Would even the likes of Favre, Fonseca, AVB be willing to give this a shot? I don't know that they would. This is probably why the bookies have no idea.

I think your right. This is not going to be £200m a pop each transfer window i can almost guarantee that.

Wouldn't be a bad shout if he is qualified for the role. He would understand the club.

Interestingly the Rangers fans are getting twitchy with the news of Gerrard and ive been told by three separate sources they think he has been approached unofficially.

I think the Gerrard news is real.

Its more the infrastructure that actually isnt there.

They cant talk to different departments about varying things because quite simply there isnt any and the big one they are very VERY worried about is the commercial team of which there just isnt one.

What worries me is the fact that Lampard is out of a job and he will be jumping at the opportunity. I believe he is currently favourite.

Talksport said Hodgson for his experience.
    Im slapping £100 on SG.

Lampard would be an improvement on Bruce.

It's embarrassing... Bruce can't coach and his player preferences are weird

We also need whoever tells this ****ing idiot to give the players 4 days a week off (5 when we're supposed to play) kicked out too.

He picks his mates over quality.

He took off Wilson, when we needed a goal and left Gayle on the bench. Because Gayle questioned him.
He plays Ritchie at RB which is not his position i don't care what anyone says.
He plays Clark when we had Schar on the bench. Clark has been dreadful for months.
He brought on Fraser in CM> WTF.
ASM best position is clearly CLEARLY AML and he is still trying him in the AMC role.

Lampard got stung at Chelsea and got the boot undeservedly in my opinion. Who would i choose over him and Gerrard..... Probably Gerrard but Lampard may do ok.

My concern about Lampard isn't because of the fact its Lampard but more are they choosing him because he is the easier option, not attached to a club etc.

    Wilson wad knackered though.

Strip everything away and it's just clear we can't play football and that's Bruce's fault

Lampard struggled with defensive football. If you read about Gerrard - there's a huge summary on Sky Sports here (https://www.skysports.com/football/story-telling/11788/12236762/the-evolution-of-gerrards-rangers) - he took a Benitez stance, start at the back, stop shipping goals, shore it up, then midfield, then the attack.

Seems like Gerrard took on a lot from Rafa but stuck very much to the 4-3-3 which suits our players very well. I even said myself I worry he sees this as a stepping stone to Liverpool. On reflection, that isn't a bad thing at all. He'd still have to prove himself so would be desperate to do a great job for a few years, then naturally take over from Klopp. At that point, we'd be a competent outfit and much more appealing to those who would be available at that time, which could be anyone and everyone.

The links make sense. McParland and Brown from Liverpool and 'Gers. Staveley having had involvement with Rafa and Liverpool in the past.

This is Bruce all over. He thinks more rest = more fitness. It's like on the pitch, he thinks more defenders = less goals conceded. He has no brain, no science, he's constantly clueless.

More training = more fitness. More balance = less goals. If you defend more effectively further up the pitch, you concede less.

I think there's money there and there'll be more as commercial revenue grows. I suspect the £250m over five years - which is all the rags are using as source material - is additional, on-field investment. The infrastructure, subsequent commercial revenue and increased stadium/TV rights will all see the number snowball to a point where the club is able to make so much, the investors will be wanting to throw £100m on a Jude Bellingham.

They sre looking to appoint a sporting director asap to oversee the recruitment of a new manager.

Staveley and co recognise that they have no clue about football.

I've concluded we'll be spending a year on the championship, but it might not be a bad thing.

We've got some proper **** players on high wages and a rebuild would be easier if they get rid

I love max, but he's actually pretty lazy and ****.

Can he play in a passing team?

Mate, you can still sell in the PL, but for bigger sums of money!

We need a DoF and a new manager by Thursday latest.
