Given what is happening. Is there a danger that AS and MG are actually not what we thought they where going to be. A big like a big rich kid who doesn’t have a clue? They need to appoint key positions ASAP and for all we know they might be getting turned down left right and centre.
Yep. And I don't know how rich either. Obviously they're not going to say "look, PIF are worth $720bn, but our bit of that is £500m including the purchase of the club and that's all we have". But that could easily be the case. Would be sickening. The RB's alone could run this club like Chelsea.
Nah mate, Their plans have been thrown into a blender due to timings and big parts of their plans taking on other roles. JR has plenty of experience working inside a football club and I'm sure they will be ploughing through things in the back ground as quickly as they can. A few of us have said the DOF role has to be appointed before a manager, but I do think the trigger will be getting pulled on SB this week. I have no doubt the players and him will be on another day off today. I'm going to guess the board will be in talks all morning reviewing the entire operation from yesterday both on the pitch and off the pitch. I'm guessing decisions will have been made at board level over the weekend on who to approach. They will have been left in no doubt what the fans thought of Bruce by the end of that game. No way is he in the dugout against Chelsea.

We all are mate, with football its easy to let the heart rule the head. These guys will be letting the big brain rule the little brain. They will be looking at everything. The books, the staff, the office staff, the ticket office, the website, christ they'll even be looking at **** like software and hardware, meetings will be taking place with everybody from the local bloody council, architects, builders, agents, sponsors, partners....everything. As much as we want the football side to improve first, we have to understand everything else that their dealing with and the bigger picture too.

How has everyone been 'ok' with Mansour spending £1bn on players? Or Abramovic spending, I think, more? Or the bastardisation of the loan market? Or buying feeder clubs? How is all of that allowed without a ****ing peep, but this is suddenly a huge problem? I really don't get it. I don't even think we're anywhere near the spending of City/Chelsea. I might be wrong.
It's not an immediate problem but they know of nufc ever gets up there they'll demolish them. They won't spend anywhere near them until they can.
I have been told by a very reliable source that Bruce will be sacked, but only when a new manager and coaching team is available to come straight in to deal with first team affairs. I have also been told that MG has made some informal approaches to some top managers and been point blankly told no. I personally think things will move this week but not as fast as people would like. I have also been told that the new owners are shocked as to the state of things at the club. At every level.
