Lacelles has no ability whatsoever. You can add Hayden to that also, but Bruce seems to think they're 2 essential players
Complete cack. Cowardly stuff from Shelvey. Along with Longstaff and Willock yesterday, he was the person I hated the most come the end of the game. Longstaff and Willock were a mixture of a lack of effort coupled with an inability to pass the ball. Honestly, Willock looked like he'd been on a bender for 3 weeks. Shelvey has never changed his whole career. Despite all the heartfelt newspaper stories etc. Still just a grade A knob. At least Darlow, Lascelles, Clark, and Hayden can say they tried for all they were utter ****. Bruce continually picking Lascelles and Clark ahead of Fernandez and Schar is now just bewildering. Hayden bless him, he's trying his best. He's just not very good. Darlow is Darlow, I knew we'd get this from him. His shot stopping might be good but decision making etc, he's too uppa height the whole time. The decision making for the Kane goal was utter crap. I can't wait to watch some better players.
