I don’t quite get why they’re so desperate to claim a fake ‘win’ here. They didn’t win anything in court, it was settled after the Saudis put something new in writing that the PL are claiming is legally binding (I would personally doubt that, but still) and they’ve chosen to accept this as being good enough. Then spookily and obvs completely coincidentally the Saudis remove the ban on beIN and make the piracy issue go away. It seems obvs that it was settled by political intervention and a compromise reached. They’ve got what they wanted, job done.
