It's nonsense. Living in a country doesn't mean approving of it's governments actions. The majority of the population here didn't vote for the current one, for example. They do actually have that choice though, unlike the people of Saudi Arabia. The bloke that owns Villa isn't blamed for the actions of his country and nor is Mo Salah. They don't run the ****ing place. Your owners do run their country. The chairman of your main shareholding company kills people. He ordered the assassination and dismemberment of Jamal Khashoggi and not in that order.
I just told you i didn't like you saying I'm happy for then to kill gays. You can either apologise for that or **** off as far as i'm concerned son. It's also not nonsense it's just you haven't got the point.
They kill gay people and journalists and you don't care about that, as long as they pay for your club. That's not me making some accusation. You've said that you don't care on this thread. "In truth I just want my team to win and I don't care where the money comes from" I'm not sure what the distinction is here.
I don't care about it is very different to saying I'm happy for. I'm also fully aware that I live on blood money every day anyway and I don't lose any sleep over it just like you. It's got a bit silly when you're suggesting I'm happy about murdering gays etc mate. Keep it banter and debate the points
Its sound mate I get it tbh I'm just not sure nufc fans should be accountable for other countries rules. Its just a football team. Sorry if I seem petty tbh You too fella
“We appreciate the gem we’re custodians of,” said Staveley. “And we’ll make sure that every single part of this club is dusted down, and we’ll invest in all levels. We’ve got to. It’s critical. It can’t happen without that. “Please, rest assured we understand we’ve got a big job to do, and we’re not scared of rolling up our sleeves and getting on with it quickly. But, sometimes, we don’t want to make hasty decisions when we don’t know where we are today and what we have. “We don’t want to make kneejerk decisions, but we know we’ll be investing very heavily over the next few years.”
