Just a quick question; roughly how much do you want for him ? He's playing wonderful of late for us, and becoming very popular down here, especially if he keeps scoring important goals like last night. I reckon he is a Saints player now just need to sort out the price.
He never had a decent run at Celtic. The chances he did get, he never took. As with any player at any club, you don't want them to fail.
Joos always got his chance when he wasn't fit , remember they threw him into the away game at Utretch , we got beat 4-0 , did he ever play again ??? Remember his debut at Hamilton strolled through the game , yes it was only Hamilton but look at big Danny against Killie and St Johnstone !!!!
If we own a center back who has shown the slightest bit of form we should recall him as soon as possible.
Don't know if we can and even if we did there's no guarantee he'd play well for us. It seems as soon as a CB pulls on a Celtic jersey they instantly become donkeys. Loovens, Majstorovic, O'Dea, Hooidveld etc. have all played well for other clubs and/or their countries yet when they play for us they look like nervous school laddies. That maybe says more about us than it does about them.
I think a keeper who can help us organise and is able to inspire a bit of confidance in his defence would improve our backline a lot. As for Joos a decent offer should be accepted although we may get a few club intrested if he keep that form up. We need to look forward not back.
