Partner's daughter is a dentist there. Sorry to disappoint the Brexiteers but the whole country is thriving. Filled the Merc with petrol at Calais and it was cheaper than at home. Only problem was lots of HGV's on the Autoroute, they must have plenty of drivers.

 

I lived in Nice and Roquebrune Cap Martin for years, been to Grasse a few times. Is it not famous for perfumes or am I thinking of somewhere else?
