You've no idea really though. Most people just wish it had happened for the giggles but I'd rather watch a good game myself.
I wanted a draw in the Liverpool v City game, merely because it kept the top places close, with other clubs just sitting outside the top four. A win for either Liverpool or City starts becoming hard to catch, so the draw keeps it more interesting for the neutral tv viewers. Should Milner of walked, yes, but as it turns out no damage was done at the final whistle. The more disappointing for me is Brighton, they've had two chances now to take joint top spot, against Palace and against Arsenal. Although with only four points seperating the top eight, all is good.
I didn't make that accusation and clearly don't agree with it. The best man at my wedding was (and still is) a Chelsea supporter and he's most definitely not. Do you get my drift?
Like the Pickford red/banned for the length of VVD time out etc crying from some Liverpool fans. that would have spoilt a good game.
****ing brilliant. VVD being wheeled out at Anfield derby game for the win celebration was pure magic. He never went again that season.
When Liverpool play at Sunderland the shops on the main road that's used to come towards the stadium all shut for the day because they've got a habit of pulling up and ransacking the place. True story.
The ****ty pizza cup, tonight. Sunderland are playing a reserve team with a few kids getting their debuts tonight. Lincoln have stated they're playing a strong team. Once the teams are announced the even money odds you can get on Lincoln will be slashed.
Things have changed mate. I was stood amongst a load of their away regulars in the fanzone at the last Goodison derby with fans. Bearing in mind that they only get 2500 tickets for that fixture, these lads are their current hardcore. There was literally 1 scouse voice amongst them, with his lad. During the pandemic when they were allowing 2,000 in for a spell, tickets were only made available on ballot to local season ticket holders i.e. from the Liverpool city region. There was 6,000 in their ballot. Their match day crowd has been taken over by OOT’ers and loads of their passes are in the hands of touts who rip off tourists.
