Are they mad? Such short memories. One good season..that was it! Yes, it was a great season..but what happened after that..and what has happened to him since leaves me in no doubt that, should we have to change Manager (which at this stage i don't think is necessary), it should definitely not be Aidy Boothroyd!
No AB is not the answer we already have hoof ball at the moment without players to even make that system work!
Who are these people, where do they live, have they just been evicted, are they on their way to kenilworth Road? Come on Hornette till you die, not much of a WUM.....
There were a lot of people on Twitter and Facebook calling for AB's return, but have not seen it on here! I certainly wouldn't want him back. He did some very good things here, but then also some very bad things - plus he hasn't done anything since.
It's not particularly that they're calling for the return of AB that amazes me - it's the attitude that lets them think that the club - any club - would actually listen to and act upon their 'advice'. In situations like this, the club owner(s) and management team will do what they think best, and affordable, for the club. End of.
Perhaps we need some of his speeches, big the guys up make them believe in themselves! They are not world beaters, but they can beat the best this division has to offer on their day! COYH!!!
To prove that there is at least one Englishman with a inclusive nature, this is the sort of speech I like: "We come here with no peaceful intent, but ready for battle, determined to avenge our wrongs and set our country free. Let your masters come and attack us: we are ready to meet them beard to beard." Who said that then?
I thought I could get the Scottish Hornet Society all misty eyed but don't forget Wullie was relegated eventually despite the speeches.
let's put it in perspective, you lot broke our crossbar at Wembley we're even, mad kilted hoardes.....
Even? I think we're ahead - would you like to know what happened to the Wembley turf at that game? Made a fine lawn
