Sleep is all about routine. Set your alarm for 6-55am everyday and after ten years I guarantee you'll always sleep like a baby. It's also otherwise known as having kids as there's no time to party anymore anyway. Night all, school run in the morning...again FFS.

It is actually a beacon. Been there (not that basket) since the Neolithic times. Would have been one of the first beacons lit to alert people that invaders were approaching from the Atlantic.
Just putting together next years golf tour down your ends. Is there anywhere that twelve blokes can stay and have a decent night out that isn't Newquay? We'd be playing St Enedoc, Trevose and Perranporth, so need to be close to those. Newquay is putting me off tbf, and there's nothing hotel wise in Padstow as far as I'm aware.
